Jon Robinson was born a congenital  amputee. He has no hands or forearms, His lower legs are attached to his hips without knees. His is 3 feet 9 inches. You would think that Jon would be a classic case of someone who is disabled. In this video Jon shows that perception and labels are meaningless.
