Every Halloween, Ryan designs and creates Halloween costumes for his children that are built around their wheelchairs. A man with Cerebral Palsy has secured an interview with a top LA talent agency. James, is asking for financial support, in order for his friend to become more independent from his mom, who has been his caregiver until now.
